I tried them few times for deliveries to Japan, China and for 2 occasions to Mexico. All delivered on time except the order to China: address was remote and it took an extra day to ship it with help from a local postal service. Overall I am happy with their service as I always got timely updates about each order.

I found Gift Baskets Overseas doing an online search and I can tell you – they are fantastic. Our son is overseas in the Czech Republic and I wanted to
surprise him for his birthday – 21st – and everything that Gift Baskets said they would do – they did. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that this gift was received by my son. Really professional service!
The lady from customer support was very nice and helped me with placing the order and everything despite the late hours. I’m very thankful to Gift Baskets Overseas for the timely delivery of my gift basket to Italy!
I had originally sent a gift basket with another company who later told me that they could not deliver to the destination, even though they had already confirmed my order twice via email.
Needless to say I was very upset and pressed for time when I came across their website. I loved the fact that I could chat live with customer service to have all of my questions answered.
They have made my grandparents two of the happiest people, I’m sure of it!
